Returns, Replacement and Cancellation Policy


Seller is fully liable for delivery of the specified Product, whole and undamaged, to the correct address of the Buyer, until the Shipment is signed for and delivered safely at its designated destination. Seller is and remains responsible even if portions of the delivery of the Shipment are carried out by third party sub-contractors or agents appointed by Seller.


Returns, Refunds and Replacement are solely determined by the business terms and conditions of the Seller and governed under the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Indian Law pertaining to Tort& Negligence. all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties, representations, conditions, and undertakings are hereby excluded under this Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.


To this extent, the facilitation services on the site or through the site are provided "as is", "as available" and “with due care”, and LokhandBazaar hereby expressly disclaims any product liability and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties, representations, conditions, and undertakings are hereby excluded under this Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.


Returns Advise Before Putting to Use


Notwithstanding the above disclaimer, if Buyer notes any discrepancy in the consignment, LokhandBazaar is here to help provided the Goods as received by the Buyer- before unpacking and putting to use, are found to be:


  1. Wrongly shipped and/or Not as per Product Description,

  2. Damaged in Transit,

  3. Short in Number or Quantity,


The Buyer must then raise an online Adverse Remarks immediately upon receipt of Goods through the Receipt Form filled by him.


  1. LokhandBazaar has an online process for the Buyer to raise Adverse Remarks on his Receipt Form upon receipt of the Consignment, which is displayed online to the Seller.


    The Adverse Remarks can be generated only if the Buyer has already confirmed online the Receipt of the Consignment and has recorded Receipt of Goods by filling up the online Receipt Form.


    As per the Returns, Refund & Replacement policy the Adverse Remarkshas to be raised mandatorily and immediately upon the Receipt of Consignment by the Buyer, before getting time-barred for returns, refunds & replacement and any statutory claims.

  2. In case of a Credit Transaction if the Buyer has to generate the Adverse Remarks it is mandatory for the Buyer to submit confirmation of Receipt by filling in the Consignment Receipt Form confirming the Receipt of the consignment online as mentioned above.

  3. Once the Receipt Form with Adverse Remarks is generated by Buyer, the Seller can check same on his transaction dashboard. Also an Automated Email will also be sent by LokhandBazaar to the Seller’s registered Email ID for information and doing the needful.

  4. The registered email address of the Seller is shared with the Buyer and the Buyer must communicate to the Seller with the following details:

    • LokhandBazaar Transaction / Order ID

    • Reason for generating Adverse Remarks before Use

    • Qty of Product affected

    • Images clearly showing the damaged / missing Product/ Product packages of this Order

  5. The Buyer must also write to LokhandBazaar at LokhandBazaar.app@gmail.com to contact the Seller and facilitate the Buyer in the process of his Adverse Remarks before Use.

  6. Returns, Replacement &Refunds before Putting to Use are a matter of discussion and negotiation between the Seller and Buyer and LokhandBazaar can only facilitate such discussions and negotiations and act in accordance with the final decision outcome, within the ambit of the Terms of Use, other ancillary Policies and the Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy of the Website.

  7. The Seller may after negotiations with Buyer accept return of such Product and may also arrange for replacement of such Product. Such return and/or replacement shall be at Seller cost and shall be made within 7 (seven) working days from the date of request for such return/replacement from the Customer


Returns Advise After Putting to Use


If the Goods as received by the Buyer- after unpacking and putting to use, are found to be a) Defective, b) Not as per Product Specs, then too the Buyer can raise the issue with Seller within 3 days of receipt of Product.

  1. The registered email address of the Seller is shared with the Buyer and the Buyer must communicate to the Seller with the following details:

    • LokhandBazaar Transaction / Order ID

    • Reason for generating Adverse Remarks after Use

    • Qty of Product affected

    • Images clearly showing the defect and/or deviation from specifications in the Product of this Order


    The Buyer must also write to LokhandBazaar at LokhandBazaar.app@gmail.com and request intervention with the Seller to facilitate the Buyer in the process of his Adverse Remarks after Use.

  2. Subject to a quality check from the Seller’s end, LokhandBazaar will do its best to engage and intermediate with the Seller to process Buyer’s grievances in a timely manner as far as possible.

  3. Returns, Replacement &Refunds after Putting to Use are discretionary and solely determined by the business terms and conditions of the Seller.


    The Seller may after negotiations with Buyer accept return of such Product after having been put to use, and upon Buyer request also arrange for replacement of such Product. Such return and/or replacement shall be at Seller cost and shall be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of request for such return/replacement from the Customer

  4. In case the Seller repudiates liability in both the above scenarios i.e. before and/or after putting to use, the decision of the Seller shall be considered as final and binding on the Buyer and no further recourse or action shall be deemed to be possible or shall be facilitated by LokhandBazaar as per the terms and conditions of the Refunds, Returns & Replacement Policy.


Cancellations& Refunds

  1. The Seller must ship out the Customer order within 4 days of the online Confirmed / Paid Order otherwise the Order is liable to stand cancelled.

  2. LokhandBazaar reserves the right to cancel Orders where:

    • Product is no longer available with the Seller or temporarily out of stock;

    • Limitations on quantities available for purchase;

    • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information;

    • Inaccurate or incomplete address;

    • Non-serviceable locations;

    • Any other reason

    LokhandBazaar shall notify the Buyer of any such cancellation specifying the reasons for the same.

  3. In case of any unforeseen inability to ship out the Seller has to immediately(or within 12 hrs of scheduled date) communicate in writing to LokhandBazaar.app@gmail.com such inability with complete reasons for not being able to ship the consignment.


    The Seller will have to immediately and in no event later than 7working days,refund the entire Advance payment amount received against the Order to LokhandBazaar- which will be refunded to the Buyer within 7 working days after the refund amount is received from the Seller.


    If the Customer has made payment for an Order and the cancellation of an Order is due to delay in shipment or any other fault or circumstances cited above, LokhandBazaar shall be entitled to debit the Seller for its service charges while refunding the amount to the Customer.

  4. The Buyer citing sufficient reasons can also voluntarily cancel the order online before it gets ready for dispatch by the Seller.


    The Buyer must send immediate email to LokhandBazaar.app@gmail.com citing sufficient reasons for cancellation.


    LokhandBazaar shall contact the Seller and provide the reasons submitted for cancellation and try to delay or cancel the shipment. Only if the Seller accepts the request for cancellation of shipment, Buyer order can stand cancelled.


    Should Buyer cancel Order after Seller has incurred costs, Seller shall be entitled to raise an invoice for commercially reasonable and documented costs, which the Buyer is obliged to bear.


    It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to duly cancel the order after the written acceptance of Seller to cancel the shipment. The same will be notified to by email to the registered email address of the Buyer.


    The Seller will have to immediately and in no event later than 7working days, refund the entire payment amount received against the Order to LokhandBazaar - which will be refunded to the Buyer within next 7 working days after the refund amount is received from the Seller.


    If the Buyer has made payment for such Order and the cancellation of an Order is due to request from Buyer, LokhandBazaar shall be entitled to charge its entire service charges to the Buyer before remitting the refund amount and which will be remitted to the Buyer within 7 working days after the refund amount is received from the Seller

  5. The Buyer cannot cancel,for any reasons whatsoever,an order once the consignment is dispatched from the premises of the Seller.

  6. The Buyer cannot claim refund for indirect losses due to cancellation of the Order or any other losses of a consequential nature.


Cancellations& Refunds

  1. In case of Returns, if your Adverse Remarks are accepted by the Seller and the exact Refund amount considering the negotiated cost of return and/or replacement of the Product/s isadvised to LokhandBazaar the same will be notified to the registered email address of the Buyer.


    It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to duly process the Returns Advise order after the acceptance of Seller.


    The Seller will have to immediately and in no event later than 7 working days, refund the said agreed amount to LokhandBazaar. This refund amount as received from the Seller,will be reversed back to the Buyer online to the Buyer’s designated Account through the online Payment Gatewaywithin 7 working days after the refund amount is received from the Seller


    LokhandBazaar shall be entitled to set-off the amounts of charges or fees in respect of any return and replacement of the Products from any amount payable to LokhandBazaar.

  2. The Seller may after negotiations with Buyer accept return of such Product also arrange for replacement of such Product. Such return and/or replacement shall be at Seller cost and shall be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of request for such return/replacement from the Customer

  3. Decision on Refund and/or Replacement is discretionary and solely determined by the business terms and conditions of the Seller and shall be binding on the Customer.
